Chickadee Retreat is a single level home in a family friendly neighborhood tucked in Star, Idaho away from the hustle and bustle. The family room features a large sectional recliner couch plus an additional recliner. The big screen tv is perfect for movie nights, sporting events, or catching up on the latest news. The office space with double doors should make remote work or school a breeze. The home sleeps 7 with a King in the Primary, Queen in the second bedroom, and then a Twin over Full bunkbed in the third bedroom. The Primary bedroom mattress is adjustable making it easy to find comfort for both sleepers' individual preferences. The quaint backyard has a nice covered patio and grill. The neighborhood features a park within walking distance from the home that has a playground, pond, walking path, outdoor exercise equipment, and an extensive area of grass to play!

Guests are expected to read and be willing to honor House Rules. No gatherings/parties allowed, only booked guests can be there at any time (unless discussed/approved and any additional fees paid in advance). Additional security deposit may be required depending on length of stay. Booking implies agreement to pay any fees/deposits and honor House Rules. Unsigned rental agreement means no entry.

Rates & Availability

Cancellation Policy: Ninety-seven percent (97.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Forty-seven percent (47.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 15 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 15 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
