The home comfortably sleeps up to 6 guests with three thoughtfully furnished bedrooms featuring two queen beds and a twin-over-twin bunk bed. The bright and inviting living spaces create a relaxing atmosphere, while a dedicated workspace with a desk makes it easy to work remotely during your stay. Step outside and enjoy the best of indoor-outdoor living in the spacious, fully fenced backyard. Please Note:

Guests are expected to read and be willing to honor House Rules. No Smoking. No gatherings/parties allowed, only booked guests can be there at any time (unless discussed/approved and any additional fees paid in advance). Additional security deposit may be required depending on pets and/or length of stay. Booking implies agreement to pay any fees/deposits and honor House Rules. Pets must be discussed/approved and paid in advance - dog friendly only; no cats - maximum 2. To maintain the condition of the home the pet fee will be $70 for 1 pet and $140 for 2 pets. Failure to disclose a pet at this property before check-in could result in a $500 fine, immediate eviction with no refund and additional expenses may be charged. The garage is locked off for storage and not available for guest use.

Early Check-In and Checkout:

Early check-in may be available depending on our cleaning and reservation schedule. Fees begin at $50 and vary based on the requested arrival time. To request early check-in, please message us through the booking platform on the day before your arrival. We will confirm availability and arrange payment at that time.

Checkout is promptly at 10:00 a.m. Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate late checkout requests. Guests who remain in the property after 10:00 a.m. will be charged $90 per hour or any portion of an hour. Late departures disrupt the cleaning and maintenance schedule and may affect the next guest’s arrival. Thank you for helping us keep the home properly prepared for every guest.

Rates & Availability

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 14 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 7 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 7 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
