Please note: Guests are expected to read and be willing to honor House Rules. No gatherings/parties allowed, only booked guests can be there at any time (unless discussed/approved and any additional fees paid in advance). Unsigned rental agreement means no entry. Booking implies agreement to pay any fees/deposits and honor House Rules. No Smoking - minimum $250 fine. No Pets. Maximum 2 week (14 day) stays.

Rates & Availability

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 14 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 7 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 7 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
