The sunroom, complete with a TV, built-in seating, and a selection of art supplies, offers a cozy retreat for relaxation or creative inspiration. Whether you are exploring the city’s vibrant culture or simply unwinding in your private oasis, this rental provides a blend of comfort and creativity that promises a memorable stay for all members of the family.

Please Note:

Guests are expected to read and be willing to honor House Rules. No Smoking. No gatherings/parties allowed, only booked guests can be there at any time (unless discussed/approved and any additional fees paid in advance). Additional security deposit may be required depending on pets and/or length of stay. Booking implies agreement to pay any fees/deposits and honor House Rules. Unsigned rental agreement means no entry. Pets must be discussed/approved and paid in advance - dog friendly only; no cats - maximum 2. To maintain the condition of the home the pet fee will be $70 for 1 pet and $140 for 2 pets. Failure to disclose a pet at this property before check-in could result in a $500 fine, immediate eviction with no refund and additional expenses may be charged. The fireplace is non-functional and is for decorative purposes only. No Smoking - minimum $250 fine. This is a remodeled older home with one bedroom on the second floor. During hot weather, the upstairs bedroom may be warmer than the main level due to the home's layout and natural heat rise. A dedicated window A/C unit is available in this room to improve comfort, though it may not cool as quickly or as much as the central HVAC on the main level. For the best cooling upstairs, we recommend keeping the bedroom door open when possible and turning on the window A/C unit several hours before bedtime during hot weather however the room may still run warm.

Rates & Availability

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 14 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 7 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 7 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
