This spacious 4-bedroom, 3-bath split-level home is designed for groups and families, comfortably sleeping up to 12 guests (maximum 9 adults). With 2 king beds, 1 queen, and a bunk room featuring a twin-over-twin and full-over-full bunk beds, there’s plenty of room for everyone to spread out and recharge.

Step outside to your private pool and deck, perfect for sunny afternoons, evening swims, and poolside lounging. Inside, the fun keeps going in the bonus game room complete with arcade games and skee-ball and even a popcorn microwave—because no game night is complete without snacks. The home also has multiple TVs throughout.

The large main living room offers a comfortable space to gather, whether you're watching a movie, catching the game, or just kicking back after a full day of fun.

Guests are expected to read and be willing to honor House Rules. No gatherings/parties allowed, only booked guests can be there at any time (unless discussed/approved and any additional fees paid in advance). Additional security deposit may be required depending on pets and/or length of stay. Booking implies agreement to pay any fees/deposits and honor House Rules. Unsigned rental agreement means no entry. Pets must be discussed/approved and paid in advance - dog friendly only; no cats - maximum 2. To maintain the condition of the home the pet fee will be $70 for 1 pet and $140 for 2 pets. Failure to disclose a pet at this property before check-in could result in a $500 fine, immediate eviction with no refund and additional expenses may be charged. No Smoking - minimum $250 fine. Pool is seasonal and unheated (typically open Memorial Day to Labor Day, weather and maintenance dependent). Pool is for use at your own risk - please watch children closely while in/around the pool and keep gate closed as needed. Bunk room has one twin over twin bunkbed and one full over full bunkbed - with the top bunks of each meant for children. Bedding is provided for the bottom bunk beds only - if you would like to use the top bunks, please bring your own twin or full size sheets or sleeping bags. House sleeps 12 with a maximum of 9 adults per booking.

Rates & Availability

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 14 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 7 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 7 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
