With a moody, deep color scheme and modern décor throughout, Legendary Luxe is the perfect mix of style and comfort! Located just minutes from the Boise Airport and the freeway, this two story townhouse is the ideal home base for all your travels in the Treasure Valley whether it be for work or for play. The sitting area in the spacious living area has a desk and office chair making it a comfortable space for remote work or school. Upstairs has two bedrooms - the Primary with a King size bed and Smart TV and a second bedroom with two Queen size beds. For extra room, the main floor sitting area couch is a pullout Queen size bed. The full kitchen and Traeger grill on the back patio make cooking at home a breeze. Although in a townhouse community, every 2 unit building is separated by large areas of grass giving the feel of quietness and privacy. The community is located just around the corner from Owyhee Park that has tennis courts, playground, and large grassy areas, as well. Enjoy Idaho's 4 seasons with a variety of outdoor activities during your stay at Legendary Luxe!

Guests are expected to read and be willing to honor House Rules. No gatherings/parties allowed, only booked guests can be there at any time (unless discussed/approved and any additional fees paid in advance). Additional security deposit may be required depending on pets and/or length of stay. Booking implies agreement to pay any fees/deposits and honor House Rules. Unsigned rental agreement means no entry. Pets must be discussed/approved and paid in advance. This is a pet friendly home up to 2 pets. To maintain the condition of the home the pet fee will be $60 for 1 pet and $120 for 2 pets. Failure to disclose a pet at this property before check-in could result in a $500 fine, immediate eviction with no refund and additional expenses may be charged.

Rates & Availability

Cancellation Policy: Ninety-seven percent (97.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Forty-seven percent (47.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 15 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 15 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
