**Please Read Full Description** Mountain View Manor is a unique property tucked at the end of a cul de sac perched on top of a hill with the property overlooking beautiful mountain scape. The fully stocked kitchen with high end appliances is perfect for enjoying home cooked meals with friends, family, or co-workers. No need to forgo your exercise routine while staying at Mountain View Manor - just head down to the basement home gym complete with sauna! A corner tv is viewable from both the gym equipment and sauna perfecting for catching up on shows while getting your sweat on! If you'd rather relax while watching shows, the large living room with sectional and big screen tv is just the place. If you need to do remote work or school while traveling, a nice desk is featured in a main floor bedroom.

The primary bedroom with en suite bathroom, hallway bathroom, and room with desk and queen size murphy bed are located on the main level with the kitchen, dining, and living room areas. The basement has a bedroom with a queen size bed plus 2 twin fold out mattresses in the closet, as well as a bathroom, gym equipment, sauna, and laundry room. A small hair salon is located directly behind the home, which is a street with other small businesses. The sunroom attached the side of the house is for hair salon employees only (storage and break room). Salon employees do not have access to the main home and guests do not have access to the sunroom. This home is nearby both St. Alphonsus and St. Lukes hospitals making it an ideal stay for traveling healthcare workers and also quick to get to Downtown Boise for any business travelers visiting Downtown offices.

Guests are expected to read and be willing to honor House Rules. No gatherings/parties allowed, only booked guests can be there at any time (unless discussed/approved and any additional fees paid in advance). Additional security deposit may be required depending on pets and/or length of stay. Booking implies agreement to pay any fees/deposits and honor House Rules. Unsigned rental agreement means no entry. Exercise equipment and sauna are for age 16 years of age or older and used at own risk, if health permits, and not under the use of any type of alcohol/drugs. This is a NON-SMOKING, TOBACCO/DRUG FREE HOME (we often have children and infants stay here). If you could please respect the owner's request to keep the home free of these products it would be greatly appreciated. Pets must be discussed/approved and paid in advance. This is a pet friendly home up to 2 pets. To maintain the condition of the home the pet fee will be $60 for 1 pet and $120 for 2 pets. Failure to disclose a pet at this property before check-in could result in a $500 fine, immediate eviction with no refund and additional expenses may be charged.

Rates & Availability

Cancellation Policy: Ninety-seven percent (97.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Forty-seven percent (47.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 15 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 15 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
